Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan (born 10 May 1981) is an Australian actress and model. She gained recognition in Australia for her role as Pepper Steiger which she played in the soap drama Neighbors in a series of ten episodes that ran between 2006 and 2007. The actress arrived in Hollywood in two roles: first with the choral comedy Hollywood & Wine where she was a young actress arriving in Hollywood. She then landed a role in Scrubs as Maya the sexy beautiful medical student, in Scrubs' ninth season. The series was suddenly halted. The actress is then back in the shooting of a comedic series with The Farrelly brothers Good for shooting accompanied by Jason Sudeikis' partner Owen Wilson then appearances in series short films and B series films. In 2013, she started to get noticed more widely. After having appeared in six episodes of the crime drama Franklin and Bash and landing her first regular role in the webseries Chosen with Milo Ventimiglia, the actress was offered a variety of roles. In the two first seasons, she was Chad Michael Murray's reply throughout the two seasons. In the following year she was in support roles in two feature films featuring aircrafts. She's an air hostess. She shares with Gabriel Luna the poster of an upcoming TV show named Matador. The first season of this thriller with the stars who take on the role of CIA agents under the direction of Robert Rodriguez will be just 13 episodes. Then she continues working in a pilot project that does not go well. The poster was shared by her for the romantic comedy series B Borrowed Moments in 2015 with Brian Krause, then appeared as Kevin Hart's co-stars for"The Comedy" Witness for Rent. The experimental Knight of Cups, directed by Terrence Malick, was released widely. In addition, she has appeared in five episodes from the Satisfaction TV series.
